Election Services’ Online Geo Mapping tool enables councils to use Geographic Information System (GIS) data to show boundaries (wards, boards and licensing trusts), entitlements and codes for issuing correct forms—thereby reducing errors.

The Online Electoral Roll tool provides secure access to digital electoral rolls, so councils can lookup candidates and candidate nominators, and check eligibility when issuing and receiving nominations. It also allows users to lookup voter details, and check eligibility when issuing special votes; simplifying the process and reducing handling time.
